E-Kurul - Ministry Accreditations

E-Kurul is a system developed by KAM Information Technologies Inc. that enables general assembly and board of directors meetings to be held electronically in a secure, transparent and legally compliant manner. E-Kurul is accredited by both the Ministry of Interior and the Ministry of Trade.

Thanks to these accreditations, E-Kurul is one of the most comprehensive and reliable electronic meeting infrastructures in Turkey, usable by non-governmental organizations, joint-stock and limited companies, and public institutions.

Ministry of Interior Accreditation

The E-Kurul system developed by KAM Information Technologies has been accredited by the Ministry of Interior's General Directorate of Relations with Civil Society (STIGM).

With this accreditation, associations, foundations and unions can conduct general assembly and board of directors meetings electronically via E-Kurul, in compliance with legislation, with features such as secure electronic signature, identity verification, online voting and record management.

Ministry of Trade Authorization

Within the scope of Article 1527 of the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102, E-Kurul is among the service provider systems authorized by the Ministry of Trade to enable companies to conduct general assembly and board of directors meetings electronically.

This authorization certifies that the E-Kurul infrastructure developed by KAM Information Technologies fully meets technical requirements such as secure electronic signature, timestamp, data integrity, identity verification and record security.
