INFORMATION NOTICE ON PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA FOR E-Kurul SOFTWARE USERS

As KAM Information Technologies Inc. ("Company"), we care about the protection of fundamental rights and freedoms, privacy of private life, ensuring data security and protection of data on behalf of our E-Kurul software. As we are a Data Controller within the scope of Law No. 6698 on Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), our explanations regarding the processing and protection of your personal data and special categories of personal data, in order to fulfill the Company's information obligation arising from Article 10 of KVKK, are presented below.

A. Data Controller

As the Company, we inform you that we process your personal data as a data controller within the scope of Law No. 6698 on Protection of Personal Data and relevant legislation. Our obligations regarding data security as a data controller:

• Preventing unlawful processing of personal data
• Preventing unlawful access to personal data
• Taking necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure the storage of personal data
• Conducting or having audits conducted to ensure the implementation of law provisions
• Not disclosing the personal data learned to others contrary to the provisions of the Law and not using them for purposes other than processing
• Notifying the data subject and the Board in case personal data is obtained through illegal means

B. Definitions

• Personal Data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
• Special Categories of Personal Data: Data relating to individuals' race, ethnic origin, political opinion, philosophical belief, religion, sect or other beliefs, appearance and dress, association, foundation or trade union membership, health, criminal conviction and security measures, and biometric/genetic data.
• Processing of Personal Data: Any operation performed on personal data.
• Data Recording System: Recording system in which personal data is structured according to certain criteria.
• Explicit Consent: Consent based on information and expressed by free will.
• KVKK: Law No. 6698 on Protection of Personal Data.
• Authority/Board: Personal Data Protection Authority/Board.
• Data Subject: Natural person whose personal data is processed.

C. Purpose of Processing and Transfer of Personal Data

The following personal data categories are collected and processed for purposes such as ensuring information security, making your registration to E-Kurul software correctly and up-to-date, conducting activities in accordance with legislation, ensuring your data security in meeting connections, etc.:

• Identity Information (Name Surname, Turkish ID Number, E-Signature)
• Contact Information (Phone, E-Mail, Address)
• Visual and Audio Recordings (Camera, Sound)
• Professional Experience (Title)
• Association Membership / Company Partnership / Sports Club Information
• Voting Preference Information
• Company's commercial books and related documents

D. Method and Legal Basis of Collection of Personal Data

Personal data is collected and processed in a clear and understandable manner with explicit consent and within the framework of the proportionality principle. Processing reasons according to KVKK Art. 5/2:

• Explicitly provided for in laws
• Directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract
• Fulfillment of legal obligations
• Necessary for the establishment, use or protection of a right
• Necessary for legitimate interests

Your Rights and Our Contact Information According to Article 11 of KVKK

As a personal data subject, in accordance with Article 11 of the Law, you have rights such as learning whether it is processed, requesting correction if incomplete or incorrect, requesting deletion, learning third parties to whom it is transferred. You can submit your requests in the following ways:
