• All concepts and expressions used in this Personal Data Protection and Privacy Policy will be expressed as used in Law No. 6698 on Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK") and other legislation.
• The concept of personal data is used in a way that includes special categories of personal data.

If you do not accept this Policy, you should not provide us with your personal data in any way. If you choose not to provide us with your personal data, it will not be possible for us to provide some of our services or respond to your requests.

The personal data you provide to the Company must be accurate, complete and up-to-date. If you provide us with personal data belonging to a third party, it will mean that you have obtained all the necessary permissions from that third party for us to collect, process, use and disclose information about them, and the Company cannot be held responsible.

Our Personal Data Processing Principles

The Company processes personal data within the scope of KVKK and relevant legislation. In accordance with Article 4 of the KVKK, the basic principles and principles we pay attention to when processing your personal data are as follows:

• Processing in accordance with Law and Rules of Fairness: Principles brought by legal regulations and trust/fairness rules are followed in the processing of personal data.
• Ensuring Accuracy and Up-to-dateness: Personal data is kept accurate and up-to-date.
• Processing for Specific, Explicit and Legitimate Purposes: Processed data is limited to what is necessary and related to services.
• Being Relevant, Limited and Proportionate to the Purpose: Data unrelated to the purpose is not processed.
• Retention for the Necessary Period: Data is stored only for the period specified in legislation or purpose. At the end of the period, it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

Legal Processing Reasons

Personal data is processed in cases of explicit consent, law, contract, legal obligation, public disclosure, establishment of rights, legitimate interests and necessity.

Data Sharing and Retention Period

Data is shared in accordance with KVKK and relevant legislation and stored in line with processing purposes. When the purpose is achieved or the legislative period expires, it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

Data Destruction Methods

• Deletion: Made inaccessible and unusable.
• Destruction: Made inaccessible and unrecoverable by anyone.
• Anonymization: Data is made unidentifiable.

Protection Measures

The Company takes technical and administrative measures: network security, access control, encryption, backup, logging, training, confidentiality agreements, policies/procedures, risk management, etc.

Special Categories of Personal Data

Data such as race, ethnic origin, religious belief, health, sexual life, criminal conviction are protected with special measures, explicit consent is obtained and processed only when necessary.

Your Rights

Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have rights such as learning whether your data is processed, requesting information, correction, deletion, objection, and compensation. Applications can be made via web form, KEP, e-mail or notary. Responses are provided within 30 days.
